It was always my dream to get proposed to in front of the cinderella Castle at The Magic Kingdom, and i can't tell you how much it meant to me the day my dreams came true!

I know how many people will probably read this soppy blog, and be like ewwwwww, this is so super mushy!! but, writing is my passion, and i really have been super excited to share my special once in a lifetime experience with you all in my own words. If you didn't know already, Disneyworld is a very important place for me. It's a place where i could forget about all my worries or that i was different, and eventually it became the place i would always be wishing for the right person to come into my life, and truly understand and accept me, and so of course this moment in the picture right here was everything and more that i imagined it to be.

There will be (of course) plenty of other blogs about our trip to Walt Disney World in florida, but i wanted to start off this special blog series about this day, right here.

This was the 2nd March 2017. It was two days after we had arrived for our 18 day trip, and it was the very first Disney Park day! We had planned to spend the first part of our day on Main Street USA which is the long street leading up the Cinderella Castle. We wanted to look in the shops, breath in the air and really be able to appreciate our surroundings.

We had been through quite a time before this holiday, and we really needed this break. It had taken everything left in us, to find the strength to even get there. We were planning to have the best time ever.

I however, had no idea my life was about to change so beautifully and that all the time i had been holding to hope and faith, was all going to pay off for this one moment.

We had breakfast at The Crystal Palace (I will of course be blogging about this experience in my Magic Kingdom Blog), and then we of course had some amazing pictures taken in front of the castle! it was all such a beautiful, surreal experience that me and Dan were just every emotion rolled into one. We cried before we even got inside the Park, and we were just elated to be there together; i didn't think anything else could top the day off! that was until we decided to have our picture taken in a really quiet spot with a perfect view of the castle.

We put our bags down on the side, i fixed my crown (again, i will explain all about that in my next blog, with pictures!) and we got ready to pose! what i love about Disney, is that they have professional photographers around the park which enable you to have professional photos taken too! As i was about to flash my best smile, Dan said he just wanted to tell me something before the picture was taken....

The rest of what he said was quite a blur really, i know it shouldn't be, but i was just so taken aback by the whole moment. Before i knew it, I heard him say.. "You're my best friend, i want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?"

I was in utter shock, i knew my head was nodding, and i managed to mumble out a YES of course, but i just didn't know what to do first, cry, laugh, hug or kiss? The rest, is history my friends!! i won't go too much into the rest of the day, as this is just a special blog dedicated to this moment right here.

We got loads of cheers and hurrays! from passers by, and i truly did feel like a princess. All in all, i couldn't believe my dream had come true, from ever since i was a little girl.

It was such a beautiful sunny day! Not a cloud in sight, and everything just get perfect. Every second, ever sound, every smile and laugh in the moment around us, was perfect and i truly couldn't have asked for anything more.

Disney are really good at recognising celebrations! you can literally celebrate anything in Disneyworld. You can get a special button from guest relations, or even most shops around the parks have different buttons!

Ours said happily ever after, and they were happy to give us one each! plus we had two more to take home with us aswel! (Daniel even had a 1st visit pin too!)

I must admit, it does feel amazing when people around you, congratulate you! Everyone there is genuinely so happy for you, and have no problems doing what they can to make you're time there extra magical.

So.. There it is folks, my first official florida blog! There of course will be many more to come, but i wanted to share this (obvious) special one with you first!

I truly hope you enjoyed reading this, if you did please free to comment, and even share your similar experience if you've had one!

I also just want to say a huge thank you to all our friends and family who congratulated us, and have stood by us through thick and thin! we truly appreciate it, and are so glad you are with us on ur journey too!

Until, next time guys! and remember, always let your conscience be your guide.
