So, when was it?

When was the last time, you actually visited the fearless being you used to be?

When was the last time, you even acknowledged you were even that person?

And do you even know that person anymore?

Your happiness all depends on what you define it as.

With a child’s heart, we can turn each problem into play, and just being alive makes it all so very clear for us, and lights our path as human beings.

As we grow older, we also grow into new conditioning. We become moulds of what the world and environment tell us we are, and we being to live that way to.

But what if we could go back in time and speak to ourselves as children?

Would we shoot down their dreams, goals and aspirations? Would we tell ourselves there’s no hope in the future and to stop dreaming from now?

Would you really be able to look yourself in the eye and tell yourself that money is the most important thing you need when you get older. That imagination is only used at playtime, and that the world you see in your head isn’t real?

If you closed your eyes and asked yourself if you still have that same twinkle in your eye, would you say yes? Would you even know what twinkle I’m referring to? The answer is YES- You do, it’s just that down the line you have taught yourself to forget.

Go back to your inner child, and spend some time with them, who would you be in this very moment if you hadn’t of forgotten.

WHAT 5 QUALITIES DID YOU EXPRES MOST AS CHILD?

  • Lean in and learn from yourself, go back and really think of those qualities.

  • Admire yourself, who you were and who you are now. Do those qualities match up? – if not, what are you going to do to change them?

VISULISATION IS KEY

  • Work hard on visualising what you really want in life, just like you did as a child.

  • Become used to creating your own reality.

  • Surround yourself with those ‘impossible thoughts’

DARE YOURSELF TO DREAM BIGGER

  • Don’t become a caged thinker.

  • Allow yourself to dream big dreams- don’t be afraid to make them specific.

  • Allow yourself the courage to dream bigger, and actually want new and exciting things.

DON’T SUFFOCATE YOUR INNER CHILD

  • Allow you imagination to run free.

  • Act ‘as if’ you already live the life of your dreams, and you automatically become open to manifesting your dreams.

  • Laugh, and don’t be afraid to enjoy your life- It’s yours as a gift, so live it.

Your truth, and voice of clarity lives in your inner child. Don’t be shaken by what you have embodied from the world around you, believing in all the ‘impossible’ things is what makes them POSSIBLE! Start enjoying who you are, and exploring your imagination, because anything is possible when you believe- and deep down, you’ve always known that.

May Grace Follow You Always,

Rio
